The NovaCore Toolbox Addin for Microsoft Office is not merging with the Office applications. What can I do?

Open any document in MS Word outside of NovaCore.  Click on "File", then "Options". At the very top on the right hand side you will have 2 check boxes. One reads "For Best Performance" the other reads "For Compatibility". Make sure the "For Compatibility" checkbox is selected and then exit Word. This should now make the toolbox for NovaCore appear when opening Word documents from within NovaCore.
