Can I copy/link a document from one framework to another?

You can only “copy” and then “paste” a shortcut from a framework to the “DMS.” You can’t copy a document from one framework to another. 

However, you can link documents from one framework to another or from the DMS to a framework by choosing the other framework as the document repository. For example if you are in the “SRTO” framework and want to link a “CRICOS” document, you simply have to change your document repository list on the right hand side of the traffic light system to “CRICOS” when you are in the “SRTO” framework as shown in the screenshot below.
